Sonic likes travelling and never stays in one place for long, viewing his life as a series of never-ending adventures. He never thinks twice about what people say or think. He values freedom most and lives according to his own set of rules instead of the standards of other people or the sake of heroism and duty. Sonic is "like the wind" - a drifter who is always on the move and known for being adventurous and free-spirited. He also wears a pair of white gloves with sock-like cuffs. He wears light, red friction-resistant sneakers with white cuffs around his ankles, grey soles and white straps around the top. He has two triangle-shaped ears on top of his head, six long quills at the back, two spines on his back and a short tail. He has peach skin that covers his belly, arms, inside his ears and muzzle. Sonic is a slim anthropomorphic hedgehog with blue fur that covers most of his body.
