

Get 100% in a clean run, then play with mods. I personally would not trust the the other mod, as it needs to be installed separately from the mod store and can be prone to malware (in order to bypass the 'mods disable achievements' requirements from Bethesda). If you used the patch mod, your achievements would definitely be disabled. They asked if achievements would be disabled, not mods. This is the opposite of what the OP asked. Then after you play for a while figure out what else you want to mod and go crazy modding and starting over so you never see even half the story even after 500 hours of gameplay like me. If you are having issues i would recommend you get the unofficial patch "mod" and also the mod that reenables achievements when using mods.
